From August 28 to September 3, the Club de Campo de Madrid has hosted, in its facilities, more than 215 pairs that participated in a new edition of the Spanish Junior Dressage Championship.
On this occasion, 27 Catalan binomials participated, demonstrating a high level that has led them to achieve a bronze medal for teams, and five individual medals in various categories.
With four pairs that have participated in the European Championships, there were many expectations in the FCH Montserrat team. The team, formed by Elsa Bosch, Ixone Lacunza, Jeanette Vallvé and Mireia Luz Konovalova, was very competitive and managed to enter the podium, winning the bronze medal.
In the fry category, Berta Serra competed with On Fire for the first time in a Spanish Championship, and the regularity shown during the three days of competition led to her obtaining a bronze medal.
In children's Jeanette Vallvé remained unbeatable all three days and managed to proclaim herself the undisputed winner of the category. A fantastic way to close out his last season in the category after winning a bronze medal at the European Championship.
Ixone Lacunza has proven to be unstoppable this year. The pair, who have participated in the European Ponies Championship, have dared to go one step further and participate in the Youth 0* category. During the three days of competition he achieved two second places and a first place, which served to win the silver medal.
In the Junior category, Mireia Luz Konovalova and Royal Thunder took second place after testing above 69% over the three days. The bronze medal went to Elsa Bosch and Dean Martin, a duo who participated in the European Championship in 2022 and that during this season has been continuously surpassed.
