The main objective of this event is to promote the interest and incorporation of the TREC discipline in the different equestrian clubs in Catalonia.

Date and Place:
The course will take place on March 24 at Natura a Cavall, offering participants a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the discipline of TREC.

Course Content:
During the course, participants will have the opportunity to explore the fundamental aspects of TREC, which combines equestrian skills with orientation in nature. Topics to be addressed include:

• Theoretical Knowledge:Introduction to TREC rules and scoring, requirements for competition, and details on orientation, skills and speed phases.
• Navigation Practices:Practical sessions to improve navigation with compass and maps, fundamental in TREC competitions.
• Specific Equestrian Training:Development of the skills necessary to pass the different tests of the TREC, including technical skills and speed.
