The National Technical Committee of Judges reports on the course for international referee of Horseball, convened by the FIHB, and open to Spanish referees.
The course will be conducted online with a face-to-face phase. The FHIB will designate a headquarters in Europe.
Arbitrators with a minimum seniority of two years, who have had a national license during this period and who have arbitrated may attend.
