Recently, the RFHE published the amendments to the Regulations for the year 2023, the new wording of Article 8 of the Regulations of Ponies for Jumps concerning conditions of participation in these competitions entered into force.
According to the same, it was expected that from January 1, 2024, the age bracket of athletes in the category of pony A and pony B, would be reduced by one year.
Once the revision of the regulation was published, the RFHE received several requests for the extension of the term of entry into force of this provision for the harm that could be caused to those athletes who have recently invested in ponies with the provision of keeping them in competition for the next few years.
As a result of these requests, the Delegated Committee of the RFHE has approved the extension of the planned date untilJanuary 1, 2025.
