Recommendations to combat aesthetic pressure in Sport

The General Secretariat for Sport has drawn up a series of recommendations to combat aesthetic pressure in the field of sport.

We inform you that the Action Plan to combat aesthetic pressure 2023-2026 approved by Government Agreement GOV/264/2023, establishes, in the field of sports, the objective of eradicating aesthetic pressure and sexualization of female athletes by dissociating physical appearance from sports results and personal capacities for sports practice.
