The Catalan podium of the CEI2** in the Copa de Smel Rei de Raid 2023 was led by Marc Vila with ARGAU-50 ahead of Omar Blanco with BONASA-DU-VRIHOU and Miquel Vila with MASHAL-D'ASCAT. In the Championship of Spain Junior and ves Riders 1*, our amazon, Laia Requena with TREK- KAIA, managed to finish in third place.

The Copa del Rey de Raid 2023 was played on Saturday, November 11 in Ademús (Valencia) over a CEN/CEI2** race of 122 kilometers in four phases 40, 30, 26 and 26 respectively. In the final stretch Joan Miranda and Marc Vila advance and at the finish line Miranda enters first; Luque and Blanco arrive just over two minutes away, with Miquel Vila another minute, and Ferrer another 9 minutes. In the vetgate BALMA-PEU the trot does not pass, leaving the victory and the 2023 Copa del Rey to Marc Vila and ARGAU-50, the fastest in the final phase. SINFONI also does not pass the final control, moving Omar Blanco to second place and Miquel Vila to third, who also wins the Best Condition with MASHAL.

On Sunday 12, the CEN/CEI1* of the Junior and Young Riders Championship of Spain 1* 2023 was held over 100 kilometers in three phases of 40, 34 and 26. In the final phase Manel Ferrer with PIKADO-DE-TORRE and Ibai Pascual with APATXE advance and in the final sprint Ferrer wins. At 8 minutes Laia Requena is third with TREK-KAIA, which wins the Best Condition, followed by Laia Muñoz with LA-ALTRA-BESTIOLA and Luis Torres with WASIL-DE-GALEÓN.
