On Monday we welcomed more than 50 Catalan coaches and athletes, who traveled to Barcelona to participate in the first session of “Mental Preparation for Coaches”.
This was our first event ofEquestrian Classroom. The response was simply amazing! We shared a morning full of energy, laughter and learning!
We want to express our gratitude to all the participants, who with their assistance, greatly enriched this training, and of course to Pep Marí, the renowned sports psychologist who accompanied us and shared with the attendees useful tools to help his students overcome their fears.
We really enjoyed seeing how the participants exchanged opinions and experiences with coaches from other disciplines. The Catalan equestrian community is truly amazing!
