With this proposal, we seek to provide coaches with the necessary resources to meet their psychological needs both in training and in competitions. Our mission is to optimize the student training process, as we believe that better prepared coaches translate into athletes with less conflict and faster progress.

Sessions of the program:

• January 29 - Learning to Control Emotions: Strategies for Focusing Attention and Helping Students Face Their Fears.
• February 26 - Learning to improve motivation: Self-motivation strategies and how to meet the psychological needs of students.
• March 18 - Learning to maintain concentration: Psychological techniques to stay focused and perform at your best.

Timetable:From 10 to 14 hours, with a break of 20 minutes

About Pep Marí:

Pep Marí defines himself as a privileged person. He lives from his passion, psychology, and works as head of the Department of Sports Psychology at the Centre d'Alt Rendiment Esportiu de Sant Cugat (Barcelona). He holds a degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Sport Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. It boasts of working with athletes and is dedicated to disseminating the contribution of psychology to people's performance. He gives talks, stars in a weekly section on a radio program and publishes articles in the sports press.
