Catalonia champion of Spain in Interautonomies 2024

The Copa Interautonomies de Raid 2024 was held, on Saturday, November 2 in Riocabado, together with the Spanish Championship Aleví/Infantil, the Cup of Young Horses and the final of AECCA.

The Interautonomies Cup was contested over three controlled speed tests: one of 80.2 km with 3 phases and a maximum speed of 16 km/hour, another of 60.2 km also with 3 phases and a maximum of 15 km/hour, and the last of 40.6 km with two phases and a maximum also of 15 km/hour. This year was a great success of participation with a total of 110 binomials with the presence of 6 teams in the 40 and 60 km tests, and 9 teams in the 0* race.

Catalonia qualified 14 pairs from the 15 representatives of the team, winning Silver in the 40 km race with the team consisting of: Pol Fernández riding Jadjani del vent, Aina Montoliu riding Valkim de Passille, Biel Garolera riding Boto Catay, Jordina Francàs riding Va Trysan and Guillem Salvans riding Guisadeel SS. The team gold went to Madrid and the bronze to Andalusia. In this category Pol Fernández was proclaimed runner-up in Spain for children and took the gold in the young horses cup and the Aecca final, also achieving the best condition.

In the p60 km rovaThe Bronze went to the Catalan team consisting of: Júlia Soler riding Madiba Rvegas, Nil Fernández riding Optimus CA, Martí Garolera riding Asia Cost, Queralt Aguirregaviria riding Siglo dire Street and Edna Ayuso riding Farandole Armor. The team gold went to Asturias and the Silver to the Basque Country. In this category Júlia Soler took silver in the Children's Spanish Championship, and in Nil Fernández the bronze in the AECCA final.

In thetest 0*The Silver was for the Catalan team formed by: Georgina Molist riding Inapa Cost, Jana Francàs riding Esclafit, Aida Santacreu riding GM Pirueta, Amàlia Plana riding SW Laudine and Cèlia Orozco riding JM Lutopica. The Team Gold went to Asturias and the bronze to Galicia. In this category Aida Santacreu was proclaimed Champion of Children's Spain and Amàlia Plana took the bronze.

With these results she took the Gold to the combined, thus proclaiming herself Champion of Spain Interautonomies 2024.

This time the route was very flat, which made it difficult to manage the average speed, but our riders and Amazons knew how to manage their horses to classify in time.

Her team leader, Anna Jordà, would like to thank all the binomials and their assistants for their effort and dedication in this discipline and congratulate them for a job well done. She is convinced that we have great promises ahead.
