The documentary “Caballos” arrives in Barcelona

The renowned professor at the University of Córdoba, Alberto Redondo, brings us a unique cinematographic work: “Caballos”.

After three years of filming, this film reveals with real stories the deep connection between horses and people in various cultures around the world, exploring places as exotic as Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Mongolia.

“Caballos” was recently awarded Best International Documentary and Best International Director at the Equus Film & Arts Festival in Albuquerque, United States. In addition, she was selected at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, standing out among almost 3,000 projects from 119 countries. Now, it arrives in Barcelona to be screened in Cinemas Filmax from January 26 to February 23.

Previously released in Córdoba on November 21, the film has captivated audiences in several cities, including Jerez, Malaga, Madrid and Seville. The main audience has been the passionate community linked to the world of horses: veterinarians, equestrian club riders and fans of equestrian disciplines.
