Enter the full name of the Organizing Committee. In the case of being a company, its name, in the case of being a natural person, the name and surname, in the case of being a Club or Federation, the name by which it is known. Remember that what you have entered in this field will be used in relationships, calendars, progress and other information used in the different processes:

The address is structured in several fields, some of which are mandatory (a* at the end of it). In the “Route” field we will use the drop-down to define the type of route. In the “Name” field, exclusively, the name of the route without number or other data. In the “Number” field is where we will specify the number of the path, (sn) in case of not having it. In the “Additional” field is where we will specify scale, block, floor, letter, etc. In the field “Line 2" we can add some detail specification of the address, such as, “Urbanization XXX”, “South Building”, etc. The field “C. Postal” must indicate the postal code of the address. The “Population” field will be used to specify the locality or town to which the address belongs, it must be left blank if it coincides with the province. The “Person” field will indicate the name of the contact person, it can be left blank. The “Telephone 1" field will be the first choice for contacting an Organizing Committee. The telephone consists of two fields, the first must contain its number (without signs or spaces, all continuous, example 914364200 or 34914364200), the second allows us to make an indication of it (example: call before 21:00, private, switchboard, ext. 3421, etc. The “Phone 2" field is a second alternative. The FAX must follow the same structure as that of telephones.
